Wavegrain for Claude

Add Wavegrain to Claude once, and Claude can work in your Wavegrain account from any chat: plan posts for a brand, make slideshows, change slide text, put posts on your Calendar and export them.

You need a Wavegrain account. Create an account, then follow the steps below.

Connect Claude

claude.ai and the Claude desktop app sign in to Wavegrain, so they need no key. Once added, Wavegrain works in Claude on your phone too.

  1. In Claude on the web or the desktop app, open Customize, then Connectors. Choose Add, then Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Wavegrain and paste the server address.
  3. Sign in to Wavegrain in the window that opens, then choose the permissions and the daily credit limit.

This sign-in path is built and follows the app's own connector docs, but we have not yet tested it end to end with the app.

Good to know

  • Claude signs in to Wavegrain with OAuth, so you never copy a key. On the consent page you choose the permissions and a daily credit limit.
  • A connector you add on claude.ai also works in the Claude desktop app and on your phone.
  • Wavegrain also sends some answers as an interactive view: the slides of a slideshow, topic ideas, your week of posts, and a summary to confirm before a post goes out. Where Claude does not show the view, you get the same answer as text.
  • For Claude Code, use an access key instead. The setup is on the MCP server page.
  • Claude spends the same credits you spend in the app. Every paid call names the most it may spend, and the daily limit caps the rest.
  • Claude posts to a social account only with the posting permission, and only after you confirm a summary of what goes where in the chat.
  • Plans and credit packs are bought on the Wavegrain website, never in the chat.

  • List my Wavegrain brands, then suggest five slideshow topics for my coffee brand.
  • Make a 6-slide carousel about morning routines for my active brand. Spend at most 10 credits.
  • Plan a week of posts for my brand and put them on my Wavegrain Calendar.
