Wavegrain terms of service

Last updated 25 October 2026.

The service

Wavegrain helps you create, edit and export photo slideshows. Available integrations can upload approved content to a connected social account. Beta features can change and some integrations require provider approval.

Your account and content

Keep your account secure. Upload only content that you have permission to use. Do not use Wavegrain for unlawful content, impersonation, infringement or abuse. Review generated text and images before using them. AI output can contain errors and does not guarantee accuracy or results.

Social uploads and scheduling

You choose the connected account and approve each upload. A TikTok inbox upload sends a notification so you can finish editing and posting in TikTok. It does not publish automatically. Direct posting requires a separate choice and its available privacy settings. A calendar planning slot alone does not send content.

Scheduled delivery depends on valid account access, provider availability and provider rules. Disconnecting cancels unsent deliveries. Once sending starts, cancellation may no longer be possible. Check the reported delivery status before sending the same content again.

YouTube uploads use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to Wavegrain or using Wavegrain to upload to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Ownership and permissions

You keep your rights in your content. You permit Wavegrain and its service providers to process and store that content to provide the features you request. External image and social services have their own terms. Finding an image does not transfer its copyright or remove license requirements.

Availability and fees

Use the current plan and price shown before a purchase. Beta access and feature availability can change. These terms do not create a separate purchase or waive any mandatory consumer rights.

Payments for plans are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. You can cancel at any time, and the plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. Before checkout opens, the billing page asks you to agree that your plan starts as soon as you pay and that you then lose this right of withdrawal. Checkout does not open without that agreement, and we store it with your payment.
